N.E.S.T. is the Nonprofit Exchange for Small Teams (formerly named the “Lone Rangers”), this group brings together nonprofit leaders from a diverse mix of volunteer led, single-staffed, and small-staffed organizations in a casual and supportive environment to share issues and exchange ideas. The result is a unique peer learning experience. It’s a perfect opportunity for you to ask questions, share information and strategies, network and support one another.
The informal facilitated group meets on the third Wednesday of each month and offers a sense of community that diminishes the isolation that small teams and solo leaders sometimes feel, especially in a climate of growing demands and shrinking resources. This group welcomes Executive Directors, founders, and other and leaders of small team organizations.
