MWNN is thrilled to partner with Leadership MetroWest as we engage in a series of collaborative conversations about race, equity, and social justice with nonprofit leaders and community members. Join us for what we hope will be both an inspiring and action-focused evening.
This first program will center on framing difficult conversations on racism, what we bring to the table through our different lived experiences, and processing current events – all in the context of “What can I do?”
Our first conversation facilitator will be Lisa MacDonald. Lisa is an alumna of the Leadership Academy class of 2020 and is the Director of Equity Compliance at MassBay Community College and a skilled facilitator in her field.
