Leah leads MWNN’s efforts to support and strengthen the nonprofit community by connecting people and organizations to resources, expertise, and each other. Throughout her career, she has served in advocacy and community leadership roles in both the nonprofit and higher education sectors, fostering collaboration and capacity-building to create lasting impact.

Nancy Piasecki

Administrative Assistant

Nancy joined MWNN in 2021 after a career in public service and is a dedicated advocate for community impact.  She brings a strategic vision and a passion for empowering nonprofits to achieve transformative change in MetroWest.

Tracey Rogers

Network Coordinator

With over two decades of experience in the behavioral health and non-profit sectors, Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in marketing and constituent relations. As a dedicated MetroWester for 25+ years, she is deeply committed to the well-being and growth of our community.
