Our volunteer Board of Directors is recruited to represent the wide array of nonprofit organizations operating in MetroWest. Each Director commits to a 2-year term for a maximum of three terms and serves on one of three standing committees (Program, Development, and Governance); our Finance Committee is a committee of the full Board. The Executive Director is responsible for implementing the mission of the organization by creating and organizing programs, coordinating affinity groups, and developing community partnerships and collaborations.
