Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we appreciate your support of MWNN’s programs and events. If you need to cancel your registration, please review our policy below. Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality events for our nonprofit community. Cancelation Policy: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. MWNN will consider requests received at least five days before the scheduled event (subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee and any other incurred costs). Refund requests made within five days of the event may not be accommodated due to event-related expenses. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. 

Please note that some special events and programs may have additional cancellation policies, which will be provided at the time of registration.
