Community Conversation #6: Beginning and Sustaining the Work of Antiracism

Please join us on Thursday, June 17th for the sixth in our six-part series, Conversations about Antiracism. This culminating conversation will focus on how to assess, build and sustain the work of creating equitable and racially just organizations.
We are honored to welcome Guimel DeCarvalho, Vice President of People & Culture and Chief Diversity Officer at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network and trainer in the recently launched Wayside Equity Training Center. Guimel will share strategies for creating an antiracist culture in your organization, tools for assessing organizational readiness and commitment, and the role leadership plays in sustaining the work.
You do not need to have attended previous conversations in the series to participate. Registration is free.

REGISTER HERE(Zoom link will be sent prior to the event).

MWNN is honored to partner with Leadership MetroWest as we engage in a series of six collaborative conversations about race, equity, and social justice with nonprofit leaders and community members. We are grateful to the Sudbury Foundation for their generous support of this series.
