As the election approaches, join MetroWest Mediation Services in an interactive workshop to learn how to navigate political conversations in the workplace. You will learn approaches for how to hear different views and experiences with openness and curiosity, how to communicate opinions without encouraging polarization, and how to de-escalate conversations when they get heated.
This will be an interactive workshop with several opportunities to practice new skills. To give us ample time to cover all the material, we will be gathering for 90 minutes.
