Hearts & Noses Hospital Clown Troupe

The mission of Hearts & Noses Hospital Clown Troupe is to support hospitalized children who are ill and disabled by making bedside clown visits.

Thousands of children will wake up in a hospital bed in Greater Boston this year. Some will be there for life-saving treatment, others for care of a chronic condition or disability. Many of these children will be in physical pain and almost all will be lonely and hoping to go home soon. They will all be scared. Hospital clowns work for the emotional benefit of patients. Laughter and play relieve stress and encourage healing.
