We aspire to change the world, from the inside out, by helping children develop the skills of self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience and compassion. By providing daily mindfulness programming in PK-12 classrooms, linked to homes, every child, teacher and family member has the opportunity for healthy development and realized potential. It may be the most impactful social justice and education equity initiative of our time! Innate promise fulfilled.
